A campaign consists of a number of campaign stages

You can choose to create a campaign which consists of a number of different marketing channels or you can choose to report on each channel of the campaign by simply treating the channel as the campaign.

Each of these channels is influenced by a number of the same or different environmental aspects. It is the environmental aspects in the PAS 2020 that are graded as either 1, 2 or 3. The higher the number the better the practice for green direct marketing.

When you embark upon a PAS 2020 calculation for your campaign, you need to go through 4 stages.
